Summary: Room was fine...not blown away. Do wonder where all these RAVE reviews that I read before booking came from!! Staff fine, pleasant enough,wouldn't say overly friendly nor helpful. Breakfast ok...not a massive selection but sufficient. Definitely not wowed by this hotel according to the reviews. No real buzz nor atmosphere either.

Summary: Breakfast was good. Location and f the hotel is good. The only negative things are the darkness of the room (but I don’t think all rooms are the same) and the bed and pillow are too soft for my liking.

Summary: Ideal central location which wasn't noisy at all. The road the hotel is on is quiet and within a couple minutes walk of Wenceslas Square and 10 minutes walk to the railway station. The hotel staff where all friendly and helpful.

Summary: The room was well cleaned, the staff was super nice and responsive for every request i had. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the main square. The breakfest wad fine, but to improve i would suggest to add more stuff to the breakfest like cheese and fruits variety, reacher salad.

Summary: The hotel breakfast was excellent although they could invest in a coffee machine with more options such as espressos, cappuccino and lattes. The rooms were a bit dim for our liking, especially in the washroom. The location was excellent and close to all major attractions and easily walkable.

Summary: A well-maintained hotel with friendly service and spacious rooms. The soundproofing against outside noise is excellent, but noise between rooms is very noticeable.

Summary: very nice hotel, the staff was great. the breakfast was average at best, not too much choice and the coffee was burnt and overheated with time the area is not bad, but unless you’re a party person i would not recommend staying near wenceslass square.
